this is a sight used to showcase aboriginal, indigenous art, music, writing, film, instructional videos, experimental videos, art, writing and more. i'm a filmmaker, musician, author, artist and dad in a small town making videos for the world and to share some knowledge, skills and have fun.
I really hate the concept of sin. In particular, postCatholic that I am, the idea of “original sin” profoundly irritates me. Down east (Asia), the old daoists who brought us martial arts and acupuncture had a better fundamental concept of newborn humanity: “original face.” The original face that we have is our full potential, waiting to be recognized by us, and realized in the world.
Original sin is, on the other hand, a political gamut: you’all defective humans, enslaved!
Thanks for the mental space, chris, they’re all pretty and some of them, just spectacular. Coyote Jesus with the little lamb, i love that one: Wm Blake, “Little lamb, who made thee? Dost thou know who made thee?” Excellent question! What nation was that lamb?
“Sacrifice is key” is what came to mind looking at that one. Key to the locks on our hands, maybe.
