re: new video poem!

hello friends, fans foe and lovers,

i hope all is well in your world and hope you have had a great new years and christmas holidays, mine was pretty good, as always, trying to figure out the business of art, life and everything in between that's important. there is no manual or guidebook that works for this journey, and often some of us, or perhaps many of us make horrible mistakes, bad choices, and do silly things. as i get older i realize opportunities come less often than when i was younger and am determined to make the most of however much time i've got on this planet.

the adventures have been good, and i've succeeded more than i ever imagined, 3 books published, umpteen albums i've written, recorded and produced of music, music videos, films, documentaries, plus the whole art thing, murals, paintings, exhibitions and more. it's crazy. this past couple years since i've taken an important break on digital art, there have been amazing opportunities to paint on walls and galleries across canada, i think at least 5 provinces and as many if not more cities.

so, i'm trying to sort out how to proceed in 2015, and sort out what i want to do, where i want to go and how i want to get there. what about you? what are your plans for the new year? what do you want to do? accomplish? i wish you the best in your goals and dreams.

until next time, here's my new video poem for my new book "A moon made of copper," and it's called "The Illusionist," and can be found on page 18.

cheers,

cb
