Hello friends, fans, foe and lovers,

i just found this somewhere online and loved it so much, thought i'd post it for you.

anyway, aside from that, i'm well, and i'm watching that film "Crazy Heart," with Jeff Bridges in 2009. Man, that was me in 2010, just a fcuking trainwreck, and yet somehow i pulled off that year. I paid for it though, 2011 was dead, nothing happening really, well, that's not true, but when you go from being on the road 160 days or more a year, to about 30, it's dead. i think i only went back east 2 times, in 2010 i think i went back east about 20 times.

now i'm back and feeling fine, teetotal, working hard, got a lot of fun projects on the go, and life is good, i need to hit it, and hit it hard.
