Hello friends, fans, foe and lovers,

portals.

we either ignore them or go through them. right now, i'm screaming for a portal. life is and isn't going as planned. things could always be better, perhaps that is part of the human condition. the perpetual want.

anyways, here's a piece about portals. as to it's exact meaning, fcuked if i know. although i do know i made this after reading some backslapping bullcrap about native artists. people need to get back to earth, into the trenches. i am in the trenches all the time, in fact, i'm even literally underground making art, for art's sake. maybe that's part of the problem, i need to get out of the trenches. the trouble is, when i'm in a room full of backslapping phonies and people who way over-intellectualize art, to justify their MFA and PH.D's in art, or philosophy or whatever the hell people were selling that year, my ass twitches, my spine aches, my brain begins to get sucked dry from all the hot air being blown around and i simply either get liquored and freak out, or i have to leave before i vomit. i can only stand so much bullshit, and the older i get, the less i can stand. i've been doing this a long time, toiling away in obscurity. meh. that said, i am looking into getting my M.F.A. at a university. haha. watch me eat my own words.

maybe now i'll get the attention, fame and fortune i so richly deserve.

bwahahahahahahahaha. kidding about the fame. stuff the fame. the money i'll always take.

hello friends, fans, foe and lovers,

someone asked me i had given up on digital art. go to hell i replied, christ i need a break, and it ain't even a break because i've got a bunch of digital art on the go all the time. can't a guy experiment? haha!

truth is, i needed real time art, as in, "get your hands dirty," art instead of the clean world of digital stuff.

plus, i'm writing, playing music and generally working on a ton of other things. life is good and busy, and it's not even as busy as i want it to be, so there.

funny things happen when you get off the sauce, you rub your eyes, and see a lot of time has passed by in a blur. so, right now, i'm reading lots, writing lots, working on grants, projects, art, film, music and all sorts of good things.
