the weather has been weird. extreme grey, dull days, which are followed by insanely bright sunny days that are full of wind that blows the dust around town even harder, reminding us or perhaps asking us, what are we doing in a city on the edge of forever and nowhere?

what do you think? where are you living? how does it treat you? how has your winter been if you've had one?

i love magic, the mysteries of the cosmos, and the lies we are sold and told on a daily basis......


recently i was in toronto for some gigs, and the G20 summit happened to be going on at the exact same time......and i met a girl who told me about the position of the moon and the geometric grids they were to have the meetings and how she planned to counter it with peaceful protests at another powerful place.....

it was all very interesting, and she told me more stuff, but i can't tell you......so i made some art about it.....

also, on another note, i had my kids over the weekend, and realized how much easier it would be to raise them with a partner, as my sister and a friend were over, and they had their kids, so it was a totally crazy NDN house, complete with screaming kids! ha ha! so fun! but, it was so much easier to get things done with the girls there helping and visiting! i'm not interested in getting into a relationship, but having a balanced house was nice.......

anyways, live and learn, and that's all we can do for now!
